Gerald H. Brusewitz

Introduction:
Dr. Brusewitz is a Regents Professor in food processing. He has taught at Oklahoma State University since 1969, served as a visiting professor at the University of California-Davis and Cornell University. Dr. Brusewitz has also had international assignments in Kuwait and Dominica.
